By accessing or using Ashley.AI ("the Service"), operated by Eidolon Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ashley.AI provides an AI avatar platform that enables businesses to create, customize, and deploy human-like AI avatars for customer interaction, training, support, and other applications across multiple industries.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
Create avatars that impersonate real individuals without their consent
Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Use the Service to build a competing product

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use that content to provide the Service. Ashley.AI and its underlying technology, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Eidolon Labs.

6. Billing & Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based billing model. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as you use the platform. Unused credits do not expire. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused credits only. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashley.AI and Eidolon Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect.
